I was contacted repeatedly (on a weekly basis) by MB a representative of this company. He told me they were the best company and could definitely sell my timeshare. I keep putting him off. I suppose I became a challenge to him, so he called and told me he had this fantastic offer for me. He was told that there was a deal being put together by his boss to sell timeshares in my location and if it went down the way he thought it would my timeshare would be sold by the following week.
He was so sure about this that he told me if we don't sell your timeshare within 90 days, you get your $499 back. Well here we are, the 90 days almost up and my timeshare was not sold. I faxed in a letter 2 weeks ago asking for my refund, I have not heard one word from this company. I call MB on a weekly basis, like he called me - he doesn't pick up nor does he return my phone calls. I fail to understand how anyone can go through life making a living by deceiving people and being proud of "how good" they are at it as MB boasted has to me.
I am NOT a disgruntled former employee. I am a very very dissatisfied customer. I was skillfully ripped off by MB and Vacations Direct, Inc., and I want my money back as promised. I have a marked up contract attesting to that fact. There should be legislature enacted to stop this kind of stealing.
