They billed me two times for the same item and I try to get a hold of them by phone left one message they did not return my call then I try to e-mail them and could not get ane-mail adress

I ordered some software online. They charged my account twice.

I tried to contact them by phone. I Left one message without a return call in two days. I then tried to call them again and found that their voice mail box was full. I then tried to e-mail them but I could not find a vaild e-mail address for them.

Please advise me what my next step should be.
