It was the worst hotel visit & experience. Waiter in the restaurant in the ground floor SPAT in a customer's dish & he went back to the kitchen's entrance & told with loud voice that he spat in the women's food. The hotel staff & manager (asian looking man) act friendly infront of customer & behind her back act like bullies and harrassing woman. And the concierge a woman with blond wavy hair is the worst rude ill mannered person that I ever saw. The staff were paid by one woman a blond customer to harrass & bully & photograph a brunette customer. We wanted to check out of the hotel. It was horrible to watch them torture & ridicule a hotel customer. It felt like it was the ghetto not a an elegant hotel. We could not believe our eyes nor ears from all the horrific things they did to this woman. Security in hotel is SH*T. It was like watching a gang of criminals attacking the helpless petit woman. It makes me sick. The Hotel staff were paid to let a blond stalker enter the brunette's Hotel room. Where she stole clothes. The blond woman assisted by her friend are thieves. The hotel staff were without any conscience. Never go to this hotel because majority of staff including the manager see bunch of crooks & bullies. The blond woman was stalking, stealing & inflicting harm on the brunette. The hotel staff placed cameras & listening devices in the women's room. It is all discussing. We saw the blind Californian woman stick paper with bad language on the brunette's back and staff helped her with this & assisted in photographing the brunette. While security & manager watched and other staff in front desk assisted the stalker. Do not go to this Hotel. We were disgusted and checked out early.
