Eight hour delay - no apology, rude driver

I traveled on the Greyhound on April 3rd from Grambling, Louisiana on April 3rd. I had a layover that night in Jackson, MS. We left around the scheduled time (10:25PM), but some minutes into the journey the driver informed us that the tail lights were damaged. She'd found out from highway patrol. She told us they'd try to get it fixed if they didn't have an extra bus. This was around 11pm. When we got back but there was no extra bus and the mechanics couldn't deal with the issue. All this time, customers had to ask about any updates on when we were supposed to leave. Finally we left at around 6:30 the following day. I was supposed to be in Atlanta, GA for 7:00am. We had to sleep on the disgusting bus and we were stuck at the station with no food because the cafeteria was closed. NO ONE offered an apology! To make matters worse, when that 6:30 bus finally left, only 21 people were allowed to get on the bus. The rest had to wait till God knows when. To top things off the driver was rude when I expressed my concern about whether my bag was on the bus (that's after he announced that there wasn't enough space under the bus for all the passengers' bags). I made a complaint when I got to Atlanta and got a voucher for a measly around $6 so I could eat. They said they'd get back to me but they never did.
