Do Not Take Greyhound!

I purchased a trip from Greyhound Bus from Silver Springs, MD to Atlanta, GA on Tuesday August 2 for arrival date of August 3. I arrived at the station and asked the bus driver to give me my luggage. He refered me back to station assistant, Tiffany at the Norcross stop 6118 location. She in turn refered me back to bus driver.in the process, the bus driver dropped a 28 pound luggage on my foot. I asked him severally to pick up the box but he refused. I finally got my luggage and went into the station to make a complaint. The assistant Tiffany told me she had to lock the door and i had to leave and i said to her I did not believe she was asking me to leave her office while i am hurting and tring to make an incidence report. She started to yell at me that she had to take her break and was going to give me a number to call. She then told me I was "from the other side" and she was American. This is a prejudice statement towards me despite the fact that I was just hurt by the bus driver. The Indian gentleman that also worked at the station is a witness. I made the report and left the station.
I called Greyhound to file the complaint only to be told by the agent, Mr. Franco and his manager, Mike Cruz that Greyhound is not reponsible because even though I bought the ticket from Greyhound, the driver was a "Southeastern Stages Driver therefore Greyhound is not responsible" I was amazed by this.
