Customer service was terrible!!! One very rude and ignorant rep could not even answer BASIC questions and then called me six times after we hung up harassing me! The next sales person said it would be $4000 per person to change just one of our flights one way. On their site just to buy that one way ticket would have only been around $600, so why would it have cost $4000? They were so ignorant, I never want to deal with Orbitz again and I will tell every person I know.
