I had 5 feet X 5 feet dog house. I spoke to rep at U haul and she recommended 6 X 12 feet trailer. I go pick up the trailer, drove an hour and a half to get the dog house. I then realize that rep failed to mention that the entrance of the trailer was less than 5 feet wide needless to say when asked for reimbursement they reimbursed only 6 dollars. Now was this a simple mistake or another marketing gimmick. I am not sure but it seems to be they should run into this problem all the time then.
P. S: just a heads up to all to take a measuring tape and check out the dimensions and lay out yourself (if you still want to use U haul).
