I booked two flights and car rental for my brother-in-laws funeral to Chicago. Because of funeral plans, I needed to change my return flight. What a nightmare! I spent almost 4 hours the first day trying to change, and another 2 the second day. I was switched from person to person, airline to airline, told to go to airline ticket counter (closed), charged another $500 over original ticket price, double-booked AND double charged on return flight - almost unable to check in. The price sounds good at first, but along with low fares, you are getting the lowest of low service. Will never use nor recommend again!
