This company is a fraud! Terrible customer service by Danny, supervisor. They charged us $50 for a different hotel than agreed upon per phone conversation. They say they record all calls for Quality Assurance, therefore they should get an "F" for no call back, lies and a fraud. Do not attempt to make reservations here, there are so many other wonderful places in Lake Tahoe for you and your family. We've been going to Lake Tahoe for over 30 years and never had an expereince so bad as this. They hang up on you and never call you back. Just terrible.
