They promised to give me a refund due to their error in booking a airline ticket for me an my husband from Seattle, WA to Lake Tahoe, CA. They booked us a flight with us both leaving Seattle on the same plane and booked me coming back from Lake Tahoe and my husband on a stand-by. We called them to cancel the trip because they were not able to book us both on the same trip from Lake Tahoe to Seattle. We were going to a friend's wedding and had to drive non-stop in order to get there in time for their wedding.
I called Cheap Tickets twice for a refund due to their error. Customer Service promised me that they would help me get my refund and I never heard from them. Do not trust this company to schedule you a flight anywhere? Or you will never get your money back due to their error... Please don't use there services... Or you will be Sorry...
