My experience with my Cheap o Air was satisfactory. I had a little trouble with my check-in because I bought my ticket with my first and last name, not like my Passport.
On the retun trip, even with a situation with US customs that delayed my connections and rerouting to alternate airline was required. My tickets with Cheap o Air was good through out.
