Ripoff total con on EBAY

I purchased a vacation for 2 to Hawaii, including airfaire, on E-BAY, from "Mike Tudo 11441 banner ave. Garden grove, ca. 92843" a certificate to be filled out and mailed back with $20.00. Mailed it to "The Guest List, PMB 685,734 Franklin Ave., Garden City, New York 11530." This was on 06/09/04, I documented everything. As of 07/20/04 have not received a thing.
