Their web site makes it APPEAR that dealing with them is like falling off a log and that your single payment will make a valid US passport magically appear in your mailbox in double quick time. BUT looks can be deceiving!
You are paying JUST for their end of things, you additionally have to pay for the passport.
AND if there is a problem, as in my case, there are NO refunds and customer service follow up to my complaint was non-existant.
You should deal direct with the US Passport office in my opinion.
I am out a big chunk of money now.
