In April I purchased 5 tickets to Puerto Rico for travel in June. I was neven notified that they are no longer providing service to Puerto Rico. I found out when I went to check my reservation this morning. I sent the company an email requested an immediate refund and attempted to call them a dozen times but only reached a recording stated "all representatives are busy." I know have hotels book and no way to get there and need to monerefunded so I can purchase tickets - which will cost much more than the "deal" Direct Air advertised.
