On 9/27 I posted a state for airfare compensation for an air travel ticket that I bought on Virgin America and also the relevant Travel-Insurance that I'd bought via Mercury Insurance. After numerous phone calls and e-mails during the last 3 months, I still haven't been reimburssed and that I have now been educated they can't compensation me for that airfare before flight (Virgin) returns their calls or mail, to verify the solution wasn't employed. I expected them at what stage may they approach my state in great religion, since I have have supplied all the necessary files which when they did their research and uncertain when Virigin never responds back again to Merucry, I wont receive money appears silly. I expected to get a particular schedule for compensation plus they proceed to inform me they're focusing on it. I did so consult with Brandon River on 1/17 and was guaranteed all call-back, that was not obtained. Aid.
