We booked a trip to Spain for our family with Travelocity, and bought the travel insurance they offer through their website. The day of the scheduled trip my daughter woke up with an ear infection and doctor forbid air travel. 2 of our 4 tickets were cancelled because of this. We sent all the required information and documentation (8 pages) to their insurance company "Mercury claims and assistance of WI, LLC", claim number 1493886, for a ticket value of $1995. This was 4 months ago, and they have still have not answered or paid. They do not even provide a phone number.
