David Locke convinced us to sign up to use Travel Partners USA's services. Wanting to travel it sounded like a good deal when we were there. After a day or two of reconsidering (you have 3 to decline) we decided to cancel. They made it extremely difficult and i had to get my credit card company involved.
They then convinced me to keep $500 with them to use their hotel service (which i had to use by may this year) I tried several times to book the hotel, only to be told that the dates i had chosen weren't available... A year in advance!)
So i asked them to tell me when i could go and i would plan my trip accordingly - they said they couldn't even tell me when i could use my time, which was 5 weeks i was supposed to be able to use!)
So i said to the person, "i feel like you/your company is making this impossible for me to use, even though i have paid the fee/s" - she was silent. I said thanks for your help and tried to call David back - who was no longer available to ever speak to me again.
I just found my packet again and decided to look into it when i discovered that the line is disconnected. I think I have been had for my last $500: (i then started researching and found that I was not the only person taken.
