I promised to purchase their travel package in Sept with a promise of a full refund if I was not satisfied. I promply sent the package back as there were charges that were not disclosed in the original phone call. They have since admited that they will refund my money but after more than 3 months of excuses and countless emails and phone messages that still have not returned my money as promised. The website even says they will. The closest they came was sending me an unsigned cheque. And now they have stopped returning all calls and emails. No one answers their phone. This company should not be in buisness if they make promises they will not keep.
