Purchased 2 Mexicana Air Line tickets from (DFW) to (CUU) for $1,472.16 on 4/13 for 10/9, and received no notice of cancellation until I called today to check the flight reservations. I was advised that my tickets were cancelled and how to apply for a refund after spending over a hour on the phone. With such short notice my tour reservations cannot be cancelled which are prepaid. A baby sitter has been hired for the scheduled time. There was nothing left for me to do but buy tickets from another airlines today. I will never use CheapOair again and I would like the $293.00 tax and fee charge that you tacked on to the flight tickets refunded as I am sure Mexicana will not refund if they reimburse me at all.
