This resort can be an utter joke. Mostly im upset with 2 issues. Administration and team are definitely horrible, only one person i talked to named Superstar had an inch of decency and customer support abilities, and that I HAVEN'T been designed to feel just like one of the most un-important individual on the planet before, like a client that has compensated them over $2000! I needed to stay my statement about the 8th, I had been informed a sum that was what I'd determined, i settled it, and was called up in early stages the 15th to express i still owed over $200! I'd actually closed my ultimate statement about the 8th plus they established I'd paid-up until my starting about the 19th. They actually accepted it had been their mistake but I'm likely to purchase THEIR error. This, in my experience and everybody I've voiced to, is not even close to appropriate! As well as the second reason this resort is horrible, I had been woken up early several times since they're remodeling, straight above my mind. I've had no caution this would occur, aside from an email pushed under my doorway yesterday also it didn't claim something about being woken up by noisy hammering, issues being pulled and knocking around early each morning! After I called to ask that which was happening, assistant was rude and arrogant about this. HORRIBLE HOTEL, and you will find great resorts in Anaheim therefore you should not remain at all.
