Wow. Is all I will claim concerning the horrible customer support supplied by Chase Credit Card Providers!
I simply returned from the visit to Japan. Before I'd quit, I named Pursuit tell them I'd be utilizing their card offshore.
I had been eliminated to get a whole of three months. Midway through my journey, I had been attempting to look at a resort in Taiwan (it had been approximately. 9:00 pm). After I offered them my card, they stated it had been rejected. I named the Pursuit Customer Support quantity to obtain it solved and so I might look at the resort.
After I called the client support quantity, they responded the telephone by stating "thanks for calling Pursuit Customer Service, that is XXXX. We're along the way of improving our methods so we shall not have the ability to access your consideration. Please call-back after 2:00 pm EST".
I thought it was a saving and stated "Um. Hello?". The client service representative. Answered by repeating the pervious statement.
I informed her that I had a need to talk to somebody instantly since I had a need to determine that which was happening with my card and so I could easily get tested in to the resort. She stated there is nothing she might do as well as for me to call-back after 2:00 pm EST. This could be have now been 6 hours later!
I had been so angry! I informed her I had a need to talk to a boss. Once the boss arrived about the telephone, she repeated the same concept.
So... I had been caught in a dangerous nation without any charge card with no method to enter my hotel. THANK GOD!!! I named my own lender and could make an application for a charge card through them within the telephone to check on into my hotel. Normally, I'd have already been attached.
