While on a vacation in Mazatlan, MX I was approached by salesman Bradley Johnson and told about Gold Crown Resort. I don't have money to spend on trips, so I refused his sale until he told me I could use the weeks I bought to pay for airfare and my daughter can use it also. I fly to see my daughter and granddaughter a few times a year, so I bought. Of course when I got home to MS, I found that was all a lie. The contract says "no refunds". When I contacted him, he said I misunderstood him. (my girlfriend and I both questioned him several times about the airfare promise, there as no misunderstanding). He even told us a story about how his brother used the airfare deal to travel. I e-mailed the company to tell them about their salesman misrepresenting the company, but they didn't really care either.
