Untrustworthy U-Haul dealer. We were falsely charged a cleaning fee for a truck rental returned because "there was dirt in the back of the U-Haul." Firstly, we swept the back before returning it, so that's a lie. Secondly, we returned it cleaner than we received it. The attendant on the phone actually said "We have to charge you SOMETHING."
