I arranged 12 days resort rooms remained in the Skyline Plaza Hotel Guangzhou through Agoda. Agoda site mentioned that visitors can alter their booking anytime, and guests-only have to spend one-room night value of fee if chose to modify booking. That works out not the case. After I settled Agoda for that 12 area times, I questioned easily might reduce my stay in the resort.
They explained that it had been the resort plan that I've to remain for that 12 times. They'll not return anything back again to me even when I reduce my stay in the resort. Agoda lies, lies, lies at their site. Poor company training! I spoke for them five occasions within the telephone concerning the scenario. They provided simply no aid. Watch out for Agoda.
