I read today about how Delta Airlines after the merger is focusing on customer service to be the best airline in the US and yet I keep waiting for them to reply to me and tell me who I can speak with to get some customer service.
Its really quite the confrontation.
They say they want to be good at customer service and here i am a customer with a complaint and they dont contact me.
