I was contacted by Megan Chadwick several months ago (Dec) to create a listing on the travelehome website. I paid $160. I was guaranteed to convert this listing into rentals and was told I would get my money back if I was not satisfied. I was told that the website traffic was far greater than it is in reality.
After a month of no inquiries I called to find out what was going on. NOTE: My villa is listed in several other sites (such as HOME AWAY) and I receive daily inquiries (thousands of views) and many have converted to successful rentals.
Megan told me they would continue to promote the listing and not to worry - I would get inquiries. I also added more photos and information on the site. To date (after 9 months) I have received no inquiries and when I called to ask for a refund - I was told they would not refund the money - just continue listing my villa.
