I called and signed up for a vacation package with Holiday Management Group. I was more than willing to do their tour and thought the package would fit well with our vacation plans. About a week later, I called to cancel the reservations and was told that I need to fax a letter stating this fact.
I called after a few days and was told that it would take 6-10 weeks for the refund to go through because they needed to cancel all the reservations and then issue the refund. After speaking with Doug Aaron, asking him to explain why it would take so long to issue a refund, he hung up on me. Rude doesn't even begin to describe this person.
It has now been 2 months and today was informed by Doug Aaron that my refund had been denied. After fighting with him for 10 minutes I asked to speak with his manager and was told by Doug that he was in charge. To no avail, I hung up and decided to start some sort of action to get my nearly $400.00 back. This is just my first step of many. I am going to seek out legal action next. This is by far the most unethical, dishonest, totally deceptive scam!
