Lacey Michelle Gardner wrote a recommendation for Mochi Ocala. We were very disappointed by the service we received. The kids that were working were not helpful when it we questioned them as to why machines were off, the flavors that were advertised weren't available and when it came to toppings... The fruit wasnt fresh and the selection was extremely limited and very disappointing, leaving only sugary carbs as choices. When we sat outside to eat, we witnessed and documented horseplay by the employees. It not only was not a professional and inviting atmosphere, we didn't feel there was much value in our purchase. We are HUGE Mochi fans, but this experience will effect my future visits.
