I did not solicit their services, they called me. When I received the contract in the mail, that I was suppose to sign and send back, I decided that I didn't want their services because of what I read in the contract. I called them and they said that the contract was binding over the phone and I could not cancel and get my money back.
I still have the original unsigned contract from 8/19/06. Over the following 3 years I would call them once a year and complain that they would never even call and let me know anything at all about the status of my time share.
I even went online once or twice (I did not have my own personal internet access) and was unable to locate my unit that they were trying to sell.
I never called the Better Business Bureau in Florida, but I have a hard time believing that the contract was binding over the phone and didn't need to be sent back with a signature.
