I purchased a ticket on govolo (www.govolo.com govolo.De) because it was cheaper than the other airlines. Like most people the days leading up to my travel were very hectic and i forgot to check back with govolo, since they had my credit card and sent me a "reservation number"
Low and behold i travel 4 hours to the airport (my family already in amsterdam) show up at the airport in Munich and they inform me... Were sorry your name is not in our system. "Try calling Govolo to get this figured out." If you want to catch this flight you will have to pay 540.
(WHY is there NO Phone Number for govolo?)
Ich habe bei Govolo eine Flugkarte gekauft weil sie billiger war. Wie die Meistens, hatte ich viel in den letzen Tag vor meine Flugzeit zu tun, und dann nicht auf Govolo beachtet denn ich hatte gedacht sie waren schon gekauft und die haben mir eine Reservierungnummer gegeben.
