Govolo or Go Voyages offers flights cheaper than most others but can not be trusted. I bought 2 tickets in august. I got the confirmation right away that my booking was received and tickets would be send after payment by creditcard was received. That was the last I heard from Govolo.
After emailing Govolo to get information on the status of my booking one week later I didn't get any reply so booked the tickets elsewhere. However later I found out the payment was charged on my creditcard. So I emailed them to pay my money back. Then they finally replied and argued they did send the tickets. They were unable to show the original mail wih the e-tickets and I never received them.
Haven't got my money back and they are not willing. Luckily it was just for a short flight and total damage 88 euro but imagine booking an expensive international ticket. You'll be safer buying your tickets elsewhere. Google on Govolo and you'll find more disappointed customers. I did but am sorry I took the risk anyway...
