Promised to train for online business, provide website, one-on-one coaching and would get investment back in few months with product and website that makes money. I no longer was involved with Independent and Thrive Learning Institute took over, was nothing like what I was promised by Independent. First coach insulted me, second coach dumped me, wanted to set me up with another coach and I requested my money back. You could only talk to your coach once a week for 4 weeks, then other coaches took over and totally confused you because they would tell you something other than what another coach told you, and then no more phone calls, all in emails or chat room. Emails were not answered promptly - it was total confusion. Never had a website promised, $40 month fee for an eLibrary of instructions that were totally outdated and coaches never used the instructions from the eLibrary. It was a total nightmare.
