All contact with the office from getting a quote, to paying the invoice, to finalising details nearer the event was efficient and helpful. The bus was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Alex our driver was smart in appearance, extremely helpful and and at all times courteous. However it has to be commented that his Sat Nav system was a lot to be desired and our journeys were circuitous and certainly not time efficient or direct. Having said that we did arrive safely and in comfort, other than it taking longer than probably necessary! Many Thanks.
