Supposed Coach hire company paid a deposit to and then numerous emails later to recover the final payment and you are unable to pay by credit card as he takes the money by bank transfer only so that you cannot get it back. All phone lines are not answered and you can't get hold of anyone at the company. We read all of the CCJs against the company, all the complaints against the director, and how people have been ripped off and not recovered there money. They will attempt to get the full balance about 2 days before the coach is due and if you refuse to pay by BACS transfer then they refer you to clause 9 on there terms and conditions which states that you have cancelled and so forfeit your deposit. Do not hire any coaches from this company however he will just set up another company under a different name which he has done already - Southern coaches
