Vietnam Online aka Vietnam Travel Guide - Do not use this service under any circumstances they will totally rip you off.
This service pretends to offer you professional advice, they provide a quote, take your booking, take your money, charge your credit card, confirm you booking & provide you with a hotel voucher for your agreed booking.
Then a few days later they tell you they have made a mistake & that you need to pay more money to fix their mistake/error. There is no customer service no negotiation no compensation, no consultation. They operate in an unscrupulous manner with no regard for the customer/tourist. They proceed to make all the decisions without consultation. They advise they will refund your money regardless if this is what is suitable to you. They do not offer to find you alternate accommodation & they simply treat you with no regard or professionalism. They appear not to care at all.
The charge arrives to your credit card with additional transaction charges that you occur all due to their mistake.
You spend more wasted time & effort e-mailing them about these additional out of pocket charges. They are not interested.
