The Director Dao Khan was phoned by his Agent Mana and informed I had paid 800 US$ Cash when asked to assist the Agent who had not been paid by Dao Khan for my Petrol & Hotel Accommodation. Khan promised to pay me back when I reached the Capital Vientienne and did not do so. He promised to again send the money to Paxe and did not and then promised through his Agent & Guide Mana Boun Me of Laos Tour Guides to send the money to Vietnam Tourism my Agents in Vietnam. This was not done. I spoke to him and asked for Airfare re -embursement as Indochina altered my travel arrangements without consulting me and I had paid this before my trip. He agreed and did not do so. I have now lost 1200 US$ and as a 70 year old Pensioner cannot afford this money and I have sent numerous emails with no answer. I have requested that the money be paid to Vietnam Tourism in Saigon for use on my next visit to Vietnam. My Agents emailed him and asked him to re-emburse me and I phoned from Vietnam and he put the phone down on me. This is obtaining money by false pretenses and I trusted the Guide who verbally in front of his driver Guerenteed Indochina will pay hte money back to me.
