Failure to return phone calls, answer fax, failure to explain cancellation policy

In August my wife and I attended a 90 minute presentation from Wholesale Escapes. At the end of this presentation we were led into a room to discuss each package they were offering. Like fools, we bought one of these packages. We were told that this company had an A rating from the BBB. We found out later they had an F rating. We were told they only had 3 complaints. We found out they had 25 complaints. We were told that the visitor's center knew who they were. Again, we called the center and they never heard of them.
At no time did theyexplain what the cancellation policy was. We have called at least 3 times to Wholesale Escapes, one return call at 5p. M and when I called back, the person was busy and would call back. Guess what? No return call. We faxed a letter to Wholesale Escapes to cancel our program and again, no answer.
We have called our credit card company to stop payment and are waiting for an answer from them. We are filing a complaint with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. If anyone is interested in filing a class action suit, please let me know.
