Daniel Silverman - Manager 2nd floor 143 East 35th Street, filthy, badly maintained, rip-off apartment New York City

Here is the email I sent to the one name I had of any personnel at 212 suites, and a reply from the so-called manager Daniel Silverman, which is his real name as he actually has a linkedin profile stating this as his job

We are still staying in this shit-hole of an partment but I realise (having read various other reports etc.) that we don't have any hope of redress for our own situation, but I hope this will serve to warn off other potential victims.in the last 20 minutes our situation has just got worse, as rainwater is now leaking into one of the bedrooms.

I'm assuming it was you who let us into the apartment on Friday. You may remember my wife was not happy about the state of the apartment and thought we should consider matters before paying the balance due. Perhaps foolishly I overruled her and paid the full balance of USD2,800.

We have now been here about 20 hours and I regret to stay we are extremely unhappy with the state of the apartment.
