Spirit Incentives
Designed to Cheat you out of your trip

First Off this whole process is designed to make you reject the offer.

They make you choose dates and also pay extra if it's during what they call a peak dates; they later change it to peak season as to include several months. After I sent in my $100 deposit, I received an email 47 days before my first date chosen, they promised at 45 so they were good on that part but close. I was then directed to go to a website www.mystpage.com enter in some info only to get a number to call. And according to the site if they couldn't accommodate my on that call no other offers would be extended. I decided to call on 7/18 and called at 4:30pm was on hold an hour when a rep picked up Amy I think her name was, she was friendly enough but after verifying my identity she checked to see if my destination was available. Nowhere in the fine print was there a note that said they could change the chosen destination. So for every date that I "HAD" to choose earlier, those where thrown out the window. And I was told my only option was sail to the Bahamas, which I've done already or go Mexico from Miami. I stated I'm interested in Mexico. From there she came back with only one date choice that conflicted with my wife teaching schedule, and then I choose to not fly but drive but I still owed another $470 on top of the $100 deposit. How is it possible to use a company when they almost randomly decide where you can go and then when you will without any regards to your schedule? I feel as I should be compensated by making them fulfill the certificate and not allowing them to railroad you out of it.

My info was:
Certificate #: 43019XXXX
Expiration Date: 1/27
RE: UC3G-DM - Travel Reservation

I'm going to raise a complaint with BBB so that others are aware and if any thing can be done in my case.

If a company is offering a free trip through spirit incentives, AVOID them both like the plague
