The company will call you stating that they have a pre-qualified buyer for your timeshare. If you agree with the price they will then charge your credit cards $1000 and will send you alot of papers for you to sign. They then will tell you that after the check with the timeshare you will be closing in two months. But, guess what they will never call you back and they work real close with the credit card company to make sure this charge sticks. The parent company is out of Kansas and they seem to have a big hold on the credit card company. They also have other names, i.E., True vacation Financial Servicing, Timeshare Title Services and Full Service Timeshare. They represent themselves as a real estate broker, but this company is a scam according to the Better Business Bureau.
