E-470 notice of outstanding liability

I owe $21 for a toll violation. I've called the number to the attorney's office who is handling the collection and I get put on eternal hold with some Kenny G song playing over and over.

I just want to talk to them about this before I mail them the $21 because I am positive I already paid this toll violation over a year ago.

Just wish I could get ahold of a live person.
