Gas rebate I clicked "GAS REBATE $100" in internet that I received from sale ads. Then, Immediately, I received member ship confirmation from Choicetravel but not Gas Rebate therefore, immediately, returned

I clicked "GAS REBATE $100" in internet that I received from sale ads. Then, Immediately, I received member ship confirmation from Choicetravel but not Gas Rebate therefore, immediately, returned mail, send email that requesting for I did not order, please cancel it However I was charged for: gas rebate $17.94, Choice travel $8.97 on 5/2, and again Choice travel $88.00 on 5/10. I have not received any notice from the gas rebate, yet it has charged. Also I did not received neither any information/materials in mail from Gas Rebate or Choice Travel
Meantime, since I received confirmation notice from email, I have been calling numerals times 800-917-5365 and 800-917-5330, however both of them said, Enjoy the music while waiting and no matter how long I wait 1-2 hrs to half day, no one answers.

Please cancel my membership that even should not be a member, and refund the charges. I tried to contact, but I dont even have a password. Thank you.
