Gotta say I was very worried after 2 hours waiting in vain for a rep on the phone (during hurricane Irene) and reading all the bad reviews here. But on the day after the hurricane and a mere 30 minute wait I had the friendliest rep named Kurt who handled my cancelations and refunds exceptionally. It took nearly 1.5 hours holding while he called the airlines involved but he never lost me or failed to do what I wanted. And he even called me back when I got tired of waiting and hung up after I was satisfied that everything was done. He understood my situation perfectly, spoke perfect English (which others had complained about).
