We arranged our vacation thru priceline.com in February for May. Anything went smoothly till it had been time for you to capture our trip home. We get to the airport & proceeded to complete the "fast check-in" in the flight, nevertheless we were "declined" and needed to proceed inside to talk to an airline affiliate. The airline discovered our titles, but didn't have us combined with any particular trip. We supplied the flight a duplicate of the priceline schedule, and also the flight broker mentioned "we dont' have such trip 102". We instantly named Priceline, plus they nevertheless had people with this low-exsistant 102 trip. Following the airline & priceline talked to one another, on my mobile phone, Priceline found they'd the incorrect trip, towards the wrong town. The one thing priceline agreed to do was to place us on a single town location, thru exactly the same flight, to get a trip 12 hours later! My partner turned really annoyed & insisted they discover us an early on trip, actually thru another airline, plus they declined. After being transferred to many supervisors, Priceline just provided us $150 reimbursement, whenever we needed to invest $600 thru another flight to obtain home!!
