Wmsbackoffice.com none benefits after no help on website, it was faulet

I payed 99 dollars for a website for travel and got no returns of if I made money or not, they did nothing to help my site as promise. Then they change they site to wmsbackoffice.com and did not notified me of the change. I had my account since 2008 and now I got another one for the new website and now they only charge 19.95 to renew the the same website I already had. They are still scamming people.
