I had an occassion yesterday to have to go to the front desk to ask a question. The person at the desk, Scott, as soon as I asked my question started screaming at the top of his lungs, and waving his hands around, pacing back and forth violently behind the desk stating that he was tired of the people in this hotel! He couldn't take it anymore! He continued to scream and wave violently, and insult me in a very personal manner! I was very concerned because I was the only other person in the lobby at the time, and if he became physical there weren't other people around. I quickly left without even having my question answered.in fact he ordered me out of "his" lobby!

He is a very unstable, violent individual, and the when we spoke with the manager, he himself apologized, but stated that Scott was just having a "bad day." Apparently this has happened before. We asked the manager to have Scott apologize directly because that was totally unacceptable behavior under any circumstances, but that has not happened. This man has no business dealing in any way with the public! Steer clear of this hotel unless you want to pay good money to be verbally and possibly physically assaulted during your stay!
