Today I spoke with Ed and he claimed to be the highest level of management, short of being the owner. Which I highly doubt since he is completely incompetent, rude, and apparently unable to transfer a phone
call.
Regardless, their refund policy, 10-21 days is absurd! I also work in online sales and when we tell a customer your refund will be processed with 10 business days, we usually have it done and posted back to the customers account within 5 days. So for future reference, perhaps they should tell their customers "your refund will be processed in 21 days."
Save themselves the breath it takes to say 10 to 21.
I imagine it takes so long to process a refund because they probably have more order cancellations then completions.
