Another of the same complaint

We were scheduling a trip to Orlando, Florida - Universal Studios. We found the trip that we wanted on travelocity. Thinking that I was dealing with a proffessional/creditable establishment and that I would have to deal with hokey problems that you might worry about by a fly-by-night scam I booked the arrangements... So I thought. At th end of the transaction I got an error saying that the tranaction could not be processed. O.K. No big deal. The next day I called a travel agent at travelocity to help. She to went to book the trip and came up with the same error (and the run-around about flight availability). She suggested that I did not have enough money in my account -which was far from the truth... So I thought. After talking the bank I found out that not only did I not have enough money but that travelocity had hit my account not one but two times and I also had no vacation. I called travelocity back and explained what had happend and asked if they could just apply the charge to the vacation. The rep explained that he could not help me..."I needed to wait until I had ENOUGH MONEY ON MY CARD and call back. They refused to help me even after I explained in "terms for idiots" that I wanted to pay for something that they were trying to sell. I was advised they didnt want to sell me the trip. Very rude & unproffessional. Needless to say I called and booked same trip for a better price with Expedia and enjoyed my tranaction with them. Very helpful and friendly.
