CheapOair had months and months of opportunities to "make it right" in our case, but of the dozens of people who answered our ENDLESS phone calls NO ONE cared enough to really figure out how to help us. They kept sending us back to the airline and weren't helpful in the least. Because of their incompetence and total lack of care not only did we miss the deadline for using up our ticket credit, but at the end they refused to take the responsibility for the outcome. I could keep venting, trust me... in short, though, we spent almost 2 years (!!!) trying to get the leftovers of our money! No exaggeration! Wasted dozens of hours on the phone in vain phone calls... Wasted money... Wasted frustration and attempts to reason... Don't ever buy anything from this website if you think you might want to cancel/change your travel plans! Ever! Their service is cheaper than the name of the company. We are frustrated and dissatisfied more than we can tell and just want people out there to know.
There are plenty of much better options out there. Don't take your chances with CHEAPoair!!!
P.S. I wonder who writes all these glorious reviews for their website. They are just immaculate and perfect, judging from those review. Such a bunch of lie!!!
