Refuses to honor low price guarantee

Real simple, they posted the following Low price guaruntee, then refused to honor it:

If, within 24 hours of making your Name Your Own Price® or Priceline Published Price hotel booking (applies to any published price hotel marked with our best price guarantee), you find a better publicly available price, excluding taxes and fees, on another Web site for the same hotel and dates, call us at 1-800-774-2354 (U.S. Or Canada) or
1-212-444-0022 (from anywhere else). If you qualify, we'll refund 100% of the difference and, for customers with U.S. Billing addresses, we'll give you a coupon for $50 off your next purchase of a 2-nights or longer
